Privacy Policy

Who we are

Elhidra AI ("Elhidra", "we") is an early-stage product in beta. Questions about this policy can be sent to ruslan@elhidra.me.

What we collect

• Waitlist details. If you join early access, we store your email address, the role you select (developer, student, team or other) and the time you signed up.
• Code you submit to the live demo. It is sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate your review and returned to your browser. Elhidra does not save it on our servers.
• Technical data. Your IP address is held temporarily in server memory to limit abuse of the demo (rate limiting). Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.

We do not currently use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To contact you about early access and product updates (waitlist email).
• To provide the demo and protect it from abuse.
• To decide what to build next, using aggregated, non-identifying information such as how many people chose each role.

Third parties

Code submitted to the demo is processed by Anthropic, PBC through the Claude API. Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing, so please do not paste secrets, credentials, personal data or confidential code. We do not sell your data. The pages load fonts and styling libraries from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts and Tailwind CDN), which may receive your IP address when you load the page.

Retention and your rights

We keep waitlist records until you ask us to remove them or until the waitlist is no longer needed. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing ruslan@elhidra.me. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR.

Children

Elhidra is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
